About MoNews
MoNews publishes explainers and profiles about business, sport and the people whose careers shape both. The aim is straightforward: help readers understand the important facts, the context behind them and where the information comes from.
What you will find here
Our Business coverage explores companies, leadership and career milestones. Our Sports coverage looks at athletes, achievements and the wider stories around sport. Some articles bring people from different fields together to explain a theme or compare their careers.
A comparison does not, by itself, mean that two people have worked together, met or endorsed one another. Where a real connection is central to an article, it needs to be supported by a source.
Read the context, then check the sources
MoNews articles draw on publicly available material, including company announcements, official biographies, records and published reporting. Source links help readers look beyond a summary and check the underlying information. A date or job title describes a particular point in time and can change.
Profiles and explainers are not presented as first-hand interviews or eyewitness reporting unless an article explicitly identifies that original work. Analysis should be read as interpretation of the evidence, rather than as a statement from the person or organisation being discussed.
AI-assisted publishing
MoNews uses AI assistance in its content-production work, including research organisation, drafting, editing and illustrative artwork. AI output can contain errors. A source link, quotation, statistic or image still needs to be checked on its own merits; the use of AI is not evidence that a claim is true.
Generated illustrations are different from documentary photographs. They should not be treated as a record of a real event, product test or personal encounter.
